• 3-Day Pass offer: Complimentary 3-day pass to hot desk at any WeWork location in Southeast Asia (the “Offer”). The Offer shall only be valid for use from Mondays to Fridays, and shall be utilised across 3 consecutive days. Redemption of the Offer shall only be valid to a single WeWork location located in only one city of choice in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila, Bangkok or Jakarta (the “WeWork SEA Location”). Multiple city redemptions and/or locations shall not be permitted.
• This Offer is only open for redemption by Visa Commercial Cardholders residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
• This Offer is only valid for a single redemption per Visa Commercial Cardholder in a single country.
• Redemption of this Offer is subject to availability at the relevant WeWork SEA Location. However, this Offer shall not apply to the following locations - WeWork 22 Cross Street (Singapore), WeWork Revenue Tower (Jakarta, Indonesia), WeWork Menara Astra (Jakarta, Indonesia), WeWork Parc 18 (Jakarta, Indonesia), WeWork JB Tower (Jakarta, Indonesia).
• Notwithstanding any other term to the contrary, Visa Commercial Cardholder agrees that WeWork shall have the right to refuse entry and/or to remove any person(s) from the WeWork SEA Location at its sole discretion.
• This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer(s).
• This offer is only applicable for new users. 

Offer 2:

• Exclusive rates for private office memberships at any WeWork location in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila, Bangkok or Jakarta (the “Offer”).
  • In Singapore: 5% discount on minimum 6-month private office membership, and 10% discount on minimum 12-month private office membership
  • In Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila, Bangkok or Jakarta: 15% discount on minimum 6-month private office membership, and 20% discount on minimum 12-month private office membership
• Redemption of the Offer shall also be subject to availability, and the execution of a WeWork membership agreement
• This Offer is only open for redemption by Visa Commercial Cardholders residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Visa Terms and Conditions:  

1. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant.  No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with Merchant to confirm availability and validity of the Offer.
2.  The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto. 
3.  By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
1. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
2. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
